Formiline Production Peak!
As most of our customers already know, we are in the production peak.
The production peak lasts until the end of August and as a result of that, we would like to remind all of our customers to plan ahead and place the Purchase Orders in advance.
 
Have you noticed...

Do you know the difference between a White Glossy “Marker Board” Laminate and a White Glossy Laminate?
Answer: None,... if we consider only the visual aspect.
But try to erase after writing on both laminates and then you will notice the difference!
The Marker Board Laminate has a special feature applied to the laminate only if require it.
Please ensure when purchasing Marker Board that you specify this on your Order Form.
Your customers will besure to thank you for that!
 
Do you know why laminates and compacts can only be stored in a Horizontal position?
Answer: Laminates have a very good memory!
Vertical storage often creates a “C” or “S” curl on HPL’s. Keeping the sheets rolled for a long period is also not advisable. The longer the HPL is kept rolled up, the less likely it will stay flat.
 
Some tips about compacts…
* Allow the compact to acclimate for at least 48 hours to ambient conditions prior to fabrication.
* Optimum conditions for storage are approximately 75°F ( 24° C) and relative humidity of 45 % to 55 %
* Never leave it in contact with the floor or an outside wall
