Mission

Our mission at FORMILINE is to create attractive and durable customized products for our customers that allow them to meet their market’s needs. We offer our customers the opportunity to develop new colours to help them meet the demands of an ever changing market.

New Colours/Development

The development/copy of new colours starts as soon as we have received the sample (200mm x 300mm) with the original manufactures name, the product name, and the reference code.

The original sample colour is sent to three different paper manufactures.

The table bellow shows the period required to develop the colours:

We require approximately 3 days to laminate the raw paper. The “colour match” will then be sent by courier.

The estimated time for delivery (UPS / DHL / FedEx ) is the following:

Minimum Quantities

FORMILINE requires a minimum quantity of units to be developed:]

This minimum quantity is not a condition from Formiline but from the paper manufactures.

  1. Plain Colours: 3 tons of paper divided by the Gram’s per Square centimeter gives the minimum square meters of laminates.
  2. Wood and/or Fantasy: 1 tons of paper divided by the Gram’s per Square centimeter gives the minimum square meters of laminates.
  3. If the customer wants a Wood or Fantasy with the same Structure in different colours, the minimum quantities will be negotiated downs with the paper company (probably around 1800 for 2 colours, 1500 for 3 colours).

Purchase Responsibility

After the client has approved the “Colour Match”, FORMILINE will be responsible for purchasing the paper but will require a commitment from the client that this paper be consumed in a one-year period.
